Please read our shipping and refund policies carefully before placing an order or making a purchase with us here at Mountain Mamas NZ.

Order Processing Times

Order processing times are separate from shipping times. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped. 

We aim to ship all orders out as soon as possible, but sometimes there are postal delays outside of our control. EX: extreme weather delays, holiday closures, etc.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use NZ Post to ship all our packages, see delivery rates below. Please email us for special request courier services such as overnight shipping.

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100

$10.00 - NZ Post Economy (2-3 days)

$14.80 - NZ Post Economy RURAL (3-5 days)

Local delivery

We offer FREE local delivery to all Invercargill and Bluff addresses. Simply select ‘FREE Local Delivery’ under ‘Delivery Methods’ at checkout.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Order Status & Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at mountainmamasnz@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If you need a different size

We are happy to exchange for a new size up to 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in it’s original condition to be eligible for an exchange. You cover shipping to return the product back to us and we will cover shipping the new product to you.

If the item arrives damaged or defective

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mountainmamasnz@email.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. Each unique situation is handled with care on a case by case basis to reach a satisfactory outcome for everyone.
